Shopping through online portals can be a great way to boost a loyalty account balance, save some cash, or to prevent a loyalty balance from expiring. Right now a number of shopping portals are offering improved earnings rates for purchases made with Apple so this may be a good time to buy any Apple products you have been considering.

In the past few days, American Express has been targeting select cardholders for a deal that anyone planning one or more Marriott stays during the coming months will probably find quite useful. With savings of up to 40% on offer, it's worth checking your online Amex account to see if you have been targeted.

In the past few years, Chase has taken to offering a variety of quarterly targeted spending bonuses across its co-branded card portfolio and with the next quarter of 2023 around the corner, at least some of the bonuses that will be offered through the end of June have now been revealed.

Rakuten is back with another good cash back offer with which you can earn 10% cash back or 10 Amex Membership Rewards Points per dollar on most IHG (InterContinental, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, etc...) bookings. Qatar Airways has launched a new promotion in which it's offering members of its Privilege Club (free to join) up to 20% off fares between various European countries and the airline's destinations in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Oceania.

Qatar Airways has launched a new promotion to coincide with the greatest "Hallmark Holiday" of them all (Valentine's Day) and is offering select flyers up to 25% off companion fares booked into Economy or Business Class.

Chase has brought back an offer that I last recall seeing back in November so it is currently targeting select cardholders for up to $57 of savings on a future Marriott Bonvoy stay. Unfortunately, the offer is only valid for a relatively short period of time and so will only be useful to those who have an upcoming stay or who can somehow book a prepaid rate that gets charged to their card within the offer period.

Chase is currently targeting select cardholders for savings of between 5 and 10% on specific spending made with United Airlines. Unfortunately the cash back on offer is capped and the deal only runs through 23 January, but if you're about to make a booking with United, its probably worth checking tom see if you have been targeted.

IHG has brought back a promotion that we've seen it run at least twice in the past in which it's offering a 20% discount on select award bookings to holders of its co-branded credit cards.
