If you’re planning a trip to Hawaii and missed out on the Alaska Airlines sale that ended last night, the fares that Hawaiian Airlines is currently promoting for travel in the first quarter of 2023 may be of interest. With Basic fares starting at $91 one-way and Main Cabin fares starting at $131 one-way this could be a good chance to save on your next visit.

Things to know

1 – Hawaiian Airlines doesn’t appear to have published a start or end date for these deals so they may be around for a while or they could disappear by the end of the day. If you see a fare that works for you, don’t procrastinate for too long as it may not be around when you finally get around to booking.

2 – The travel dates covered by the best fares vary by destination and while on some routes the very best deals are available on a wide selection of dates, on others the cheaper fares can be tricky to find. Those who are able to be flexible with their travel dates will do best here.

Example fares

I’m not going to make any judgments on how good or bad some of these deals are (that’s for you to decide) but it should go without saying that you’ll find the best deals available on the shorter routes (to/from the West Coast) and the more expensive fares on the longer (East Coast) routes.

Bottom line

Hawaiian Airlines is currently offering fares to/from the mainland starting at $91 (Basic Economy) and $131 (Main Cabin). Not all the fares on offer stand out as being great deals but as you can currently book a roundtrip fare (which includes a checked bag) for travel between the West Coast and Hawaii for under $265, these deals are definitely worth checking out.
